Job Description:

Lead Director Finance Operations position leads a newly established team responsible for the timely and comprehensive collection of funds from pharmaceutical manufacturers on certain pharmacy claims billed to Medicare, while minimizing cost to collect. The role contributes to fostering a strong culture of employee engagement and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage end to end AR management operations
Establish KPIs with targets and benchmarks
create reporting to track and communicate performance
Provide effective leadership by establishing an engaging culture
Monitor industry trends and regulations and translate insights to strategic roadmap
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
Interview, hire, and develop talent
Oversee ongoing training

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years related work experience
Drives strategy and implements strategy execution
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Bachelor degree OR equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical products
Experience with contract administration, financial and data analysis, data-mining, cash reconciliation, and complex processes
Experience negotiating settlements driving optimal outcomes
MBA preferred
