Job Description:

The Lead Director, Enterprise Strategy will play a pivotal role in supporting new growth initiatives and enabling execution of key strategic priorities within CVS Health's Enterprise Strategy team, focusing on the healthcare and pharmacy industries.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting new growth initiatives and enabling execution of key strategic priorities
operating within a nimble team dedicated to top priority strategic initiatives with executive leadership visibility
closely partnering with business stakeholders across core pharmacy businesses
connecting business units to priorities
accelerating existing revenue streams and exploring new areas of growth

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession
related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, public policy, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar role(s)
expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions
executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
comfort in ambiguity
demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
comfort working in a matrixed environment and in managing competing priorities
demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
ability to 'manage up,' influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title

Working knowledge of payor, provider, and product segments of the healthcare and pharmacy industry
growth mindset and commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industry
demonstrated ability developing analysis, presentations, and supporting material to successfully implement strategy or change management initiatives
