Job Description:

The Aetna Enterprise Strategy team is responsible for helping steward the development of the company's long-term strategy and associated priorities, connecting each business unit to those priorities, exploring white space opportunities for growth, and connecting the dots across businesses to accelerate existing revenue streams. Our team has a unique opportunity to sit on the cutting edge of CVS Health's future aspirations and enable our future strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Support new growth initiatives and enable execution of key Aetna strategic priorities
Operate within a nimble team dedicated to top priority strategic initiatives with executive leadership visibility
Utilize market insights alongside CVS-focused expertise to help chart the path forward for a vertically integrated health care company
Drive change across the healthcare industry and improve health outcomes

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession
related experience within management consulting, corporate development, business analytics, financial analysis, public policy, product development, or similar role(s)
Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations, both in written deliverables and in facilitating live discussions
Executive presence: demonstrated ability to actively listen, empathize, and communicate effectively
Comfort in ambiguity
demonstrated ability to simplify complex problems and concepts
Comfort working in a matrixed environment and in managing competing priorities
demonstrated ability to juggle concurrent projects and prioritize effectively
Ability to 'manage up', influencing internal and external partners, often more senior in job title
BA/BS degree required

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of payor, provider, and/or product segments of the healthcare industry
Growth mindset and commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability developing analysis, presentations, and supporting material to successfully implement strategy or change management initiatives
Experience building and evaluating business cases
MBA preferred
