Job Description:

Lead Director, Digital Connected Care with specific focus on Mental Health, acting as strategic product owner championing holistic health solutions. Guide multiple product teams to develop, launch, and evolve digital products that improve mental wellness, reduce cost of care, and impact life expectancy across diverse populations.

Job Responsibility:

Define and communicate product vision prioritizing mental health awareness and accessibility
Stay informed of market-leading digital mental health tools
Translate mental health research insights into product strategies
Work with cross-functional teams to drive investment decisions
Weave mental health improvements into product OKRs
Own and prioritize team backlogs
Lead agile ceremonies and PI Planning
Oversee smooth product launches
Leverage digital adoption metrics for performance tracking
Serve as visible leader for mental health products
Recruit and cultivate top talent

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in Product/Program Management in digital health
7+ years of experience leading complex teams and programs
7+ years of leadership experience with building, coaching, and enabling high-performance teams
Expertise in digital mental health tools, apps, and online therapy platforms
Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or patient engagement
Strong negotiation, collaboration, and analytical skills
Proven track record in translating digital engagement data into actionable health outcomes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Awareness of regulatory and privacy standards
Experience at a health plan, provider, or digital health company
Passion for leveraging technology to solve health challenges
