Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health in Enterprise Finance for a DDAT Finance – PCW Lead Director role! As the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW) DDAT – Lead Director FP&A, you will be part of the DDAT FP&A team supporting the financials of PCW DDAT. You will have the opportunity to use your management and organizational skills and logic to lead various efforts for the PCW DDAT team, which will have a profound impact on the company.
Job Responsibility:
Develops processes and implements the organization's financial planning and budgeting processes
Communicates strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making at the executive level
Controls the forecasting process to provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and projections by analyzing financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Administers in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies
Communicates with top management to support strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights, guidance, and recommendations to drive business performance and achieve financial goals
Designs risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial position and ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures
Contributes to streamlining financial planning and analysis processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving efficiency
Guides management for individual performance evaluations aimed to provide critical feedback for skills development and depth of work area experience
Manages operational aspects of the team, and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business goals
Requirements:
10-15 years work experience
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
