Lead Director, Community Development

• Leads the plan's community engagement strategy to address social determinants of health and improve member outcomes
• Develop and execute comprehensive community development and engagement strategies aligned with the plan's goals for health equity and member health outcomes
• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs that address social determinants of health (e.g., housing, food security, transportation) for the plan's members
• Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, including government officials, local organizations, community leaders, and providers
• Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to community development staff
• Conduct needs assessments and research to support strategic planning
• Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient use of resources

• Must reside in Pennsylvania
