Job Description:

Lead Director role responsible for commercial customer implementations and commitments at CVS Health, focusing on delivering technology solutions that enhance customer experiences in healthcare

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team responsible for Customer Commitments and Customer Implementations
  • Provide timely guidance and responses to existing plan sponsors and win new business
  • Partner with Account Managers, Sales teams, Underwriters, Compliance, various Business areas and Technology Teams
  • Map solutions/offerings to client/market's demands, develop value proposition & business case
  • Manage multiple Commercial Customer requests that are concurrent and time bounded
  • Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of current state technical capabilities
  • Monitor and report on customer onboarding, Open Enrollment Readiness and Welcome Season updates
  • Provide guidance on Customer requested capabilities by coordinating with Technology and Business areas
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional domain/technical teams
  • Keep abreast of technology advances across various lines of business
  • Actively manage engagement and communication channels with Commercial Segment Business leadership

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software development working on enterprise applications
  • 10+ years of experience working with stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, and Cross functional team to solve complex business or technical problems
  • 10+ years of experience in dealing with enrollment, billing, claims, clinical, financial, member and plan sponsor experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing Commercial Customer implementations and supporting the customer post implementation
  • 5+ years of experience on Cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer interfacing with technology delivery accountability
  • 5+ years of experience in effort estimation
  • 5+ years of experience leading and putting together highly motivated and effective teams
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in leading Technology Delivery teams with successful outcomes
  • Prior experience in Team building and leading highly motivated and effective teams
  • Prior experience in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders across the spectrum
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams
  • Experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems
  • Preferred certifications in SAFE Agile, Product Management and Digital innovation
  • Master's Degree preferred
