Job Description:

Lead Director Category Manager for Skin Health (Hand and Body Lotion, Suncare, and Sunglasses) responsible for leading growth and expansion of multi-million-dollar business with full P&L accountabilities, extensive knowledge of personal care landscape, and consumer-first mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Shape category strategy
Achieve sales and margin goals
Collaborate across organization to develop growth plans
Develop short-term and long-term growth plans
Manage profit and loss targets
Vendor management and negotiation
Build strategic promotional strategies and marketing plans

Requirements:

3-5 years of achieving sales and margin goals through market share growth
3-5 years of developing an informed strategic point of view and influencing partners
3-5 years of vendor management including collaborating and negotiating with manufacturers
3-5 years of initiating and building strategic promotional strategies and marketing plans
Bachelor Degree

Nice to have:

Corporate retail merchandise experience
Omni-Channel experience
Experience building executive level presentations
