Job Responsibility:

Leads a team of 5 colleagues directly and 85 indirectly
Responsible for the timely and comprehensive collection and preservation of cash associated to Retail Pharmacy revenue
Minimizes cost to collect
Fosters a strong culture of employee engagement and compliance
Drives efficient operations, continuous improvement, and short and long term strategy development and execution
Collaborates with teams throughout Finance, Operations, Contracting, Legal, Compliance, etc.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years related work experience
Experience leading large teams
Drives strategy and implements strategy execution
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

Nice to have:

MBA preferred
Healthcare Experience
Revenue Cycle Experience
Experience in vendor management
