Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager. This resource will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team in the development and execution of digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations to ensure the successful launch and ongoing improvement of Workplace Technology product offerings.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as an advisor to the Product Owner to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within Workplace Technology
  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define product requirements and specifications
  • Support the product management team in prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business goals
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides and release notes
  • Participate in product launch activities and provide post-launch support
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience
  • Experience using product/project management tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, or MS Project
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital product development processes and methodologies
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
