Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a product manager focused on extending our platform administration capabilities. This individual will join a team of technical product managers building out the next generation of digital platforms within CB/CIB Digital Capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

lead the discovery, delivery, and support of platform administration features and experiences
analyze and document platform administration processes
standardize, collect, and report on platform performance, health, and success measurements
partner with product team to understand system architecture and processes for platform administration
align on target state administration experiences and capabilities for maximum reuse and efficiency
collaborate cross-functionally with technology partners to develop meaningful process-enhancing capabilities

Requirements:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent
documented ability to analyze complex or ambiguous problems
demonstrated ability to comprehend vision and relate to multiple stakeholder audiences
must show a pattern of increasing independence
experience with business process design or analysis
emphasis on technical process documentation, tooling or strategy
experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems
previous product management experience with web technologies
previous product management experience with developer tools or APIs
previous product management experience with system support or administration
previous experience and knowledge with related 3rd party solutions such as React, Angular, Google Material, Tableau, Splunk, Google Analytics
