Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Lead Designer to support and scale our global digital growth marketing efforts. This role blends hands on design excellence with design system leadership, supporting high volume marketing campaigns for our streaming brands. You will help to develop, manage, and optimize reusable design systems and templates across digital channels. The ideal candidate combines precision and excellence in production design with strong collaboration skills, and deep expertise in building scalable systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and high quality campaign output.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, document, maintain, and manage a global cross-brand design system in Figma (components, templates, and guidelines)
  • Convert Adobe CC design templates into flexible, scalable component-based Figma templates that can be used by design and marketing teams to scale global campaign delivery
  • Work with design team leadership to ensure template and brand consistency across design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, DCO platforms) and all brand endpoints
  • Support versioning, localization, and adaptation of assets for global campaigns
  • Deliver pixel perfect template designs with mastery of typographic hierarchy, layout design, brand integrity, and logical use of components
  • Update templates based on QA/QC results, platform feedback, strategic direction, etc.
  • Partner cross functionally with creative leadership, designers, producers, project managers, and channel owners to ensure that our template libraries are up-to-date and accurate
  • Play a key role in integrating new workflows and supporting operational transitions as the team scales

Requirements

  • 8+ years professional experience in digital design or marketing design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (component libraries, variants, auto layout, template governance)
  • Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Adobe CC design skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual design and system level thinking
  • Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable template libraries
  • Mastery of digital creative delivery: export settings, color profiles (sRGB/CMYK), DPI, bleed, compression, responsive considerations
  • Strong understanding of file formats and how/when to use them
  • Experience delivering creative against precise spec requirements
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in media/entertainment/film/television marketing
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, email builders (Braze, Klaviyo, Litmus), and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta)
  • Familiarity with motion design (After Effects) and automation tools for batch exports
  • Passion for team culture and innovation in design workflows
