Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Digital Analytics Engineer with experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation and data modelling. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can lead measurement strategy, own implementation quality and drive reliable, scalable analytics across web, product and campaign environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring that digital data is accurate, compliant and actionable - enabling better decisions across marketing, product and business teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital analytics / analytics engineering
  • Strong expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Proven experience designing tracking frameworks and measurement plans
  • Experience auditing dataLayers and validating analytics implementations
  • Strong experience with BigQuery and cloud-based data environments
  • Solid understanding of ELT processes and analytics data modelling
  • Experience transforming event-level data into structured reporting datasets
  • Ability to bridge analytics implementation with BI and reporting needs
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and consent management
  • Experience with OneTrust and/or CookiePro
  • Knowledge of privacy-safe analytics implementation practices
