We are looking for a Lead Digital Analytics Engineer (Adobe) with experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on owning tracking strategy, implementation quality and measurement governance across digital platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, consistent and actionable - enabling better decisions across product, marketing, and business teams.

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in digital analytics or analytics engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Launch / Tags
Experience creating tracking specifications and tagging plans
Strong experience auditing data layers and validating implementations
Strong understanding of measurement governance, QA, and data quality management
Experience supporting marketing teams with campaign tracking and tagging
Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and improve implementation quality
Solid understanding of digital performance measurement and reporting
Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and cookie compliance
Experience with tools such as OneTrust and CookiePro
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience operating in a senior or lead capacity
Ability to set standards, drive governance, and improve analytics maturity
