Lead Devops Engineer

• Build and maintain self-service workflows for tasks like environment provisioning, CI/CD setup, and service deployment
• Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Ansible, or Crossplane
• Automate integrations with systems like GitHub, Kubernetes, secrets managers, and observability stacks
• Implement policy-as-code and security automation to ensure compliance and reliability
• Contribute to developer tooling, service catalogs, and golden paths that simplify application delivery
• Write scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers across teams to troubleshoot issues and improve platform usability
• Maintain internal documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar
• Solid skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with platforms like Backstage, Port, or Cortex
• Experience with tools like ArgoCD or Flux for declarative infrastructure and delivery
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
• Experience implementing policy-as-code and secure automation practices
