Job Responsibility:
Technical Advisory is the primary responsibility of the DA team
Provide technical advisory and reports for developers, investors and occupiers for various asset classed at pre-investment and post-investment stage
Support the regional DA teams with technical analysis, documentations and report formulations
Carry out techno-commercial review of construction and fit-out projects spanning residential, commercial and hospitality projects across India
End to end ownership of assigned projects from inception to data collection initiation, to site visits, report preparation, discussion with internal teams and client, submission, invoicing and collections
Maintain records of data and information received from various projects on the DA share point page
Update and maintain the summary of contracts, invoicing for all projects under DA
Support the planning and carrying out of business development activities
Manage and track communication with prospects and clients
Develop personal relationships that drive the business development strategies of the company, improve understanding of clients, and ultimately achieve the desired impact on return on investment
Conduct site visits, review the statutory and technical documents and provide strategic inputs based on the scope of works
Ensure adherence to all documentation, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response solution
Conduct regular market research and be responsible for actively contributing to the firm’s knowledge management system

Requirements:
Degree, preferably in bachelor’s in Engineering - Civil /Architecture
Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in the capacity of planning manager/site engineer in a construction contracting firm / Design Engineering or professional services firm
Solid foundation in project management
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines
Comprehensive understanding of design, construction and fit-out process and contract administration
Good data analysis and written communication skills
Exceptional project management, written and oral communication and presentation skills
Ability to absorb and translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications
Positive attitude and commitment and willingness to learn and collaborate
Flexible, resourceful and proactive individual who is able to produce results with minimal guidance and under tight deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure and at high volume without compromising quality
