Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead technical implementation, uphold excellent code quality, and influence architecture decisions
Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain coding standards, and champion best practices
Mentor junior developers, fostering their technical and professional growth
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to convert requirements into actionable technical tasks
Manage and track technical delivery within your team, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges within the team

Requirements:

4-5 years of strong software development experience
Experience and interest in technical design, system architecture, and building scalable solutions
Deep expertise in relevant technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, AWS, databases)
Proven track record delivering high-quality software products
Strong experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
Ability and enthusiasm for guiding and technically supporting a small team
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Previous experience in a product-centric or SaaS-based company
Familiarity with iterative sprint-based development
Passionate about writing efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
