Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Developer (Amazon Connect) to design and deliver cloud-based contact center applications leveraging AWS and Amazon Connect. The role is fully remote and ideal for a senior engineer with strong technical depth in AWS cloud telephony and customer engagement platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect and implement Amazon Connect solutions for call center operations
  • Develop IVR workflows, custom integrations, and serverless backends using AWS Lambda
  • Collaborate with global teams to build, test, and deploy production-ready contact center applications
  • Leverage AWS native services for scalability, security, and performance optimization
  • Lead technical discussions, provide code reviews, and ensure best practices across development cycles

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of total IT experience with a strong development background
  • 3+ years of experience working on Amazon Connect implementations
  • Expertise in AWS Cloud ecosystem (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway)
  • Strong understanding of telephony concepts, call routing, and SIP protocols
  • Experience integrating contact center systems with CRM or ERP solutions
