The Lead Designer focuses on creating stunning visuals tailored for buyers’ journeys. While their skills are transferable across all mediums, they specialize in digital designs with an emphasis on web design and user experience. This person works closely with internal creative team members, account teams, and customer stakeholders to create a range of materials, from paid ads and flyers to robust websites, that are visually stunning, easy to navigate, and enhance the existing creative work. They can pinpoint pitfalls in their work (and others') and solve issues in the moment. And most importantly, they know how to rally other designers and work with other creatives to produce one-of-a-kind campaigns and experiences.
