Lead Design Engineer

Mechanical and Structural design for Heavy machineries/Construction equipment in concept design to 3D Modeling & manufacturing drawings creations

• Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed college
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Competent user of 3D Solid Modelling CAD, ideally Solidworks or Creo/Pro-Engineer
• Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems
• Good technical expertise in mechanical systems & mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
• Good Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good Team work capabilities and Co-ordination with other teams
• Good Design background and exposure to manufacturing/product development
• Should be familiar and capable of preparing 2D & 3D CAD drawings at least in any one of the following software such as, Solidworks (preferable)
• Experience with ERP systems

• Post Graduate qualification would be an added advantage
• Exposure in R&D and New product development is preferred
• Basic knowledge of the FEA software, such as Ansys, Hypermesh, Optistruct would be an added advantage
• Preference would be given to those having worked in Global engineering projects
• Having passport would be preferable and should be willing to travel overseas as and when required
