Job Description:

If you're an experienced Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator in Northern Ireland who feels ready for more responsibility, more influence, and genuine career progression, this could be your next move. We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Head Dental Receptionist to lead and inspire front-of-house teams across three busy, high-performing Belfast practices located in and around the BT7, BT5 and BT28 areas. This isn’t just a reception role. It’s a leadership position where you’ll play a key part in patient experience, team performance, and practice growth across our Northern Ireland sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee front-of-house operations across all three Belfast sites
  • Ensure smooth, efficient and professional reception performance
  • Ensure exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
  • Ensure strong financial controls and accurate reporting
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
  • Ensure effective rota management and team supervision
  • Train, mentor and develop reception teams
  • Promote treatment plans, private upgrades, whitening and cosmetic options, and finance options

Requirements:

  • Dental reception, TCO or dental practice administration experience
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
  • Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
