Job Description

Multi-site leadership role for a Head Dental Receptionist to lead and inspire front-of-house teams across three busy, high-performing dental practices. This is a leadership position playing a key part in patient experience, team performance, and practice growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee front-of-house operations across all three sites
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional reception performance
  • Ensure exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
  • Ensure strong financial controls and accurate reporting
  • Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
  • Effective rota management and team supervision
  • Training, mentoring, and developing reception teams
  • Promote treatment plans, private upgrades, whitening and cosmetic options, finance options where appropriate

Requirements

  • Dental reception, TCO, or dental practice administration experience
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
  • Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)
