Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to drive high-quality, predictable delivery across Partnership Intelligence — our product suite used by both rights-holders and brands to value, manage, measure, and grow commercial partnerships and sponsorships. This is a senior individual-contributor role with leadership influence: you will operate as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Client teams, shaping how we plan, execute, and continuously improve delivery across multiple squads.

Job Responsibility:

  • Orchestrating multi-squad product delivery
  • Elevating Agile & delivery practices
  • Cross-functional & cross-regional leadership
  • Operational excellence & framework building
  • Leadership, mentorship & culture

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in delivery management, technical program management, or similar roles within SaaS, data products, or platform engineering environments
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-squad initiatives in a product-led organisation
  • Experience shaping delivery frameworks, coaching teams, and maturing operational practices
  • Strong familiarity with modern product engineering environments (data pipelines, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations)
  • Experience working with global/distributed teams and managing cross-timezone delivery rhythms
  • Strong delivery instincts with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
  • Fluency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience facilitating multi-team Agile rhythms
  • Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and risk management skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills — crisp, structured, and audience-aware
  • Calm, pragmatic, commercially minded, and able to operate with maturity in moments of pressure

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sports, media, or partnership ecosystems
  • Exposure to hybrid SaaS + services operating models
  • Experience during a scaling phase
