Job Description:

Join a growing Enterprise Data & Analytics team as a Lead Data Scientist, driving innovation and transformation in how data is leveraged across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of banking through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and prioritize data science initiatives aligned with business goals
Develop and deploy predictive models and scalable data pipelines
Mentor and grow a team of data scientists
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and cloud ML platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker)
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Financial services experience preferred
