Job Description:

You will lead a small, high-impact ML squad embedded directly in client product teams. Your mission: turn complex business problems into shippable models — whether that means forecasting demand, extracting insight from images, or processing tons of text documents. This is an equal-parts leadership and hands-on role: you set the vision, manage the team, and dive into code whenever required.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and grow a small, high-performing team of data scientists
Collaborate with the customers and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in presale activities, providing technical insights and helping to shape project proposals
Maintain a hands-on approach when necessary, rolling up your sleeves and driving excellence through individual contributions while leading the team

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in at least one ML field
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, e.g., Architect
2+ years of experience managing/supervising teams
Familiarity with Generative AI, time series forecasting, natural language processing, and computer vision
Ability to lead meetings, clarify requirements, and explain technical trade-offs confidently
English B2+
