Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a candidate with deep expertise in product management, data, BSA/AML, operations, and technology to develop key data assets associated with the transformation effort. The BSA/AML Data Transformation team delivers curated data products to stakeholders to support their ability to leverage Wells Fargo data assets for insight generation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex data product initiatives
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted data product initiatives
  • Make decisions in complex situations requiring understanding of data, analytics, and integration needs
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers and managers
  • Provide strategic input on new use case intake, prioritization, product roadmap definition
  • Manage complex datasets focusing on consumers' business needs
  • Create and maintain data product roadmaps throughout the data product life cycle
  • Design and maintain innovative data products
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of data product or data management experience
  • 3+ years of risk and/or compliance domain experience applied to financial services firms or vendor
  • Knowledge of the modern data stack and experience with data and analytics technologies such as Teradata, Hadoop, Google Big Query, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML data use cases and associated data products
  • Demonstrated strengths in strategic solutioning, planning, and secondary management, as well as cross functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of ROI assessments and goal planning
  • Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to construct PowerPoint presentations for executive communications
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Financial Crimes certifications Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS) or Certified BSA/AML Professional (CBAP)
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
