Job Description:

Lead Data Product Management Consultant role focused on building centralized capability to store, manage and analyze Financial Crimes Compliance Operations data to fulfill BSA/AML regulatory, compliance and risk commitments. The role delivers curated data products to Operations and Risk analytics communities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex data product initiatives including cross-functional projects
Review and analyze multi-faceted data product initiatives
Make decisions on data, analytics, and integration needs
Strategically collaborate with peers and managers
Provide strategic input on use case intake and product roadmap
Manage complex datasets focusing on business needs
Create and maintain data product roadmaps
Design and maintain innovative data products
Serve as strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture

Requirements:

5+ years of data product or data management experience
Knowledge of modern data stack and experience with data and analytics technologies (Teradata, Hadoop, Google Big Query, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark, etc.)
Strong knowledge of BSA/AML data use cases and associated data products
Demonstrated strengths in strategic solutioning, planning, and secondary management
Knowledge of ROI assessments and goal planning
Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership
Ability to translate complex data into understandable, actionable information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Financial Crimes certifications (CAMS or CBAP)
Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities

Nice to have:
