Job Description:

Lead Data Product Management Consultant role focused on building centralized capability to store, manage and analyze Financial Crimes Compliance Operations data to fulfill BSA/AML regulatory, compliance and risk commitments. The role delivers curated data products to Operations and Risk analytics communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead complex data product initiatives including cross-functional projects
  • Review and analyze multi-faceted data product initiatives
  • Make decisions on data, analytics, and integration needs
  • Strategically collaborate with peers and managers
  • Provide strategic input on use case intake and product roadmap
  • Manage complex datasets focusing on business needs
  • Create and maintain data product roadmaps
  • Design and maintain innovative data products
  • Serve as strategic liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of data product or data management experience
  • Knowledge of modern data stack and experience with data and analytics technologies (Teradata, Hadoop, Google Big Query, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML data use cases and associated data products
  • Demonstrated strengths in strategic solutioning, planning, and secondary management
  • Knowledge of ROI assessments and goal planning
  • Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership
  • Ability to translate complex data into understandable, actionable information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Financial Crimes certifications (CAMS or CBAP)
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
