Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled, self-driven, results-oriented Lead Analytics Consultant to support Chief Administrative Office (CAO) data enablement and management activities. This role is critical to enabling CAO-wide data initiatives and will directly influence how data is leveraged across key business functions. The Lead Analytics Consultant is a senior-level role responsible for driving advanced analytics initiatives, managing complex data ecosystems, and providing strategic insights to influence business decisions. This role requires strong leadership in data analysis, data management, and solution design, along with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact outcomes.

  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from requirement gathering to solution delivery
  • Design and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for advanced analytics and predictive modeling
  • Provide thought leadership on data strategy, architecture, and emerging technologies
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Drive innovation by exploring and applying Gen AI, machine learning, reusability and automation techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Technology, Operations) to align analytics solutions with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
