Lead Data Management Analyst

• Organize and lead complex companywide initiatives to ensure data quality
• Oversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements
• Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues
• Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits
• Make decisions in complex situations requiring understanding of data governance standards
• Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing quality
• Lead project teams and mentor less experienced staff members
• Recommend remediation of process or control gaps
• Serve as relationship manager for a line of business
• Consult with senior management on data and metadata quality
• Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop data governance strategies
• Collaborate with peers and managers on solution design and remediation execution

• 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
• Strong experience in data management, business analysis, and project delivery within financial services
• Proven ability to lead initiatives using Scrum or traditional project management methodologies
• Solid understanding of investment banking products, processes, and data flows
• Experience with DataLake platforms and modern data architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Strong grasp of data modeling principles and metadata management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, quality metrics, and control processes
