Lead Data & Analytics

• Define how data and analytics contribute to achieving the organization's strategic objectives
• Translate business priorities into a clear data & analytics vision and ensure effective execution within an international context
• Build and develop a strong team and create an environment where data is used to drive better decisions and deliver tangible business value
• Ensure a future-proof data landscape and establish the right frameworks for governance, quality, and standards
• In close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, identify opportunities, set priorities, and ensure that initiatives are successfully embedded within the organization

• Proven track record in complex (international) environments
• Experience with modern data platforms, BI tooling, and data within ERP-driven environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with regular presence at a Randstad-based office location
