Job Description

In this role, you define how data and analytics contribute to achieving the organization's strategic objectives. You translate business priorities into a clear data & analytics vision and ensure effective execution within an international context. You build and develop a strong team and create an environment where data is used to drive better decisions and deliver tangible business value. At the same time, you ensure a future-proof data landscape and establish the right frameworks for governance, quality, and standards. In close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, you identify opportunities, set priorities, and ensure that initiatives are successfully embedded within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in complex (international) environments
  • Experience with modern data platforms, BI tooling, and data within ERP-driven environments

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with regular presence at a Randstad-based office location
