Job Responsibility:
Own a portfolio of marquee and strategic accounts end-to-end
Coach one direct report and shape the CS playbook
Lead executive business reviews framed around customers’ board commitments
Be the internal voice of the customer across sales, product, and engineering
Help build the CS operating model, health score, and intervention protocols
Requirements:
3–5+ years in customer success in B2B SaaS — with strategic mid-market and enterprise account ownership and real NRR/GRR responsibility
Revenue enablement, sales tech, or GTM tech experience strongly preferred
Player-coach experience or clear readiness
Startup experience — has built without a net
AI-native — AI has changed how you work
Sales or pre-sales background before CS a strong plus
Active CS community presence a plus
