Job Description:

As the Lead, Customer Service, you will oversee customer service operations, ensure flawless order processing, and maintain outstanding customer happiness while contributing to a world-class organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform order entry into ERP (JDE) for order to cash transactions, including sales orders, return orders, discount/mark up orders, and rental expenses, among others
  • Establish and maintain daily communication channels with commercial and marketing teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and teamwork
  • Supervise and manage KPI and make vital adjustments to meet goals, always striving for efficient operational performance
  • Stay up to date with relevant regulations and develop operational procedures to ensure compliance
  • Effectively communicate and resolve system issues with the global team, both in day-to-day troubleshooting and during system upgrade projects
  • Lead projects related to delivery and commercial operations, taking ownership of planning, execution, and providing support to team members under the mentorship of the Fulfillment Manager
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing regular feedback and mentorship through ACE check-ins to drive individual and team growth

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of order to cash processes, with a proven track record of successfully performing order taking transactions in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in leading a team and performing work as a leader, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A dedication to accuracy and a commitment to constantly improving efficiency, to ensure that processes are streamlined for outstanding outcomes
  • Flexibility to adjust communication style for diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, enabling effective partnership and knowledge sharing
  • Basic English skills (writing, reading, and speaking) to effectively connect with distributed team
