Job Description:

Circle K is seeking a Lead Customer Service Representative. The position includes management experience, customer interactions, cashiering, teamwork, and problem-solving. Benefits include medical insurance, flexible schedules, weekly pay, career opportunities, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions
Work with food program
Gain entry level management experience by leading shifts
Maintain high standards for store appearance
Provide fast and friendly customer service
Regular and predictable onsite attendance
Interact daily with customers
Work as part of a team to complete daily tasks
Sell products to customers
Solve problems and offer quick suggestions
Lead a team of employees
Supervise entry level employees

Requirements:

Retail and customer service experience
Entry level management experience
Sales associate or cashiering experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance in your career!
