Job Description

Looking for a strong Lead Customer Service Representative in our Lafayette office off 287, to handle phones and communications with our customers. Answering questions, completing estimates with the owner, scheduling work in our service focused repairs and renovations company. Consistent Upbeat, positive attitude is a must! We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing office professional for our fast-paced office, with a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead management and Scheduling – inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for Service Professionals
  • Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – communicate with customers to guide them through projects and assist with managing expectations
  • Create Life-Long Customers – deliver a great experience that wows every customer
  • A variety of office duties.

Requirements

  • Live within the area
  • Prior Customer Service Experience
  • Solving problems must come easily to you
  • Complete a background check
  • Professional communication and phone skills
  • Positive and upbeat attitude with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to take initiative, and apply knowledge of one situation, in solving the next.

Nice to have

Prior experience with Service Titan or a Customer Service software a PLUS!
