Your Role on the Team Position Summary: The Lead Custodian Assists EVS Manager in maintaining a high quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas and by leading, training and motivating the environmental services staff, ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner. Assists management with prioritizing daily work activities, ensuring appropriate supply levels, and assisting with monitoring and training staff on Closet Tip lists. Other various related housekeeping duties may be performed as assigned.
