Job Responsibility
Lead delivery of Culinary, BOH and Food and Beverage logistics staffing across the venue
lead the department and manage all people within it
ensure all culinary and BOH areas are fully staffed on all match days as well as all non-matchdays and C+E
ensure consistency across all culinary and BOH areas on matchdays
help create a recruitment strategy for all frontline culinary roles and BOH roles
be involved in the recruitment process and ensure targets are hit
be part of the payroll check process
support departmental reporting process and meet reporting deadlines
plan and lead the Culinary and BOH check in process
support all variable ER processes that do not require HR assistance
coach and mentor 1 direct report
ensure recruitment ads are posted and up to date
complete safety walks for the department (1 per week)
connect with Constellation HR team to oversee localized ER issues for variable staff
attend culinary C+E/Matchday/3rd Party meetings as required
attend operational meetings with the Head of People at the stadium
report on consistency for agreed areas
Requirements
Lead the department and manage all people within it, build a relationship with trainers and resourcing, ensure all culinary and BOH areas are fully staffed on match days and non-matchdays and C+E, including all Food and Beverage logistics requirements
ensure consistency across culinary and BOH areas on matchdays
