Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Manager 2 to help support the Asset Based Lending Group. Major responsibilities include engaging with portfolio managers, senior management, and partners to balance risk and reward, comply with regulations, develop customer relationships, and monitor client portfolios.

Job Responsibility:

Engages with portfolio managers, senior management, and bank partners to develop and implement strategies that balance risk with reward
Monitors accounts/portfolios/loan bookings to assure compliance with regulatory and company requirements
communicates regulatory and company requirements, tracks compliance and reports/escalates identified issue for resolutions
Develops strong working relationships with clients to ensure open communication and improved understanding of the client's operating performance and business needs
Available to periodically travel to client locations
Provide coaching and mentoring of Analysts
Participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area
Participate or provide support to review and analyze low to moderately complex client portfolios for key issues related to financial factors
Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations
Partner with senior peers within the context of individual deals and client relationships
Participate in regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions, where applicable
Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on the use of tools to deliver credit solutions
Collaborate and consult with senior peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests

Requirements:

5+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
Asset Based Lending experience
Credit Analysis
Relationship Management
Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and understanding of commercial banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
