Job Description:

Baptist Health is hiring a Lead Credentialed Trainer to join the BPE Access Integrity Team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located at Southbank Plaza in downtown Jacksonville. This will require work with VPs, Directors, and Managers. While this position will lead their section of the Credentialed Trainers, the Lead Credentialed Trainer will also be responsible for keeping up with deliverables from meetings and speaking on behalf of the Education Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plays a crucial role in overseeing the educational initiatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs
  • Fully engaged in providing Quality, Exceptional Patient Experience, and Stewardship by aligning performance measures with organization mission and objectives
  • Required knowledge of State and federal compliance and regulations for a hospital setting, including medical necessity and managed care requirements, as well as policies and procedures related to Hospital, BMG, and Billing departments
  • Must have excellent customer service skills in order to communicate in a manner consistent with the Baptist Health goals and objectives
  • Must remain flexible during periods of continuous change
  • Must also be a leader in the field of Education and be willing to work with new Credentialed Trainers to meet the standards of Baptist Health

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 Years Customer Service Experience Required
  • 1-2 years Insurance Experience Required
  • 1-2 years Patient Access Services Experience Required
  • 1-2 years Healthcare Experience Required

Nice to have:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
