Job Description:

Help engineering teams adopt GitHub Copilot through live workshops, hands-on exercises, and customized training sessions. Deliver engaging, technical content that enables developers to integrate AI-assisted coding into their workflows for faster, higher-quality delivery. Work with a global team, collaborate on designing, developing, and maintaining training materials, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest Copilot and AI developer tooling updates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver live virtual (and occasional onsite) GitHub Copilot training
  • Create hands-on exercises, examples, and training content
  • Tailor sessions to different technical levels and roles
  • Support long-term Copilot usage and adoption
  • Stay current with AI-assisted coding tools

Requirements:

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with engaging delivery style
  • Excellent verbal and written English with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • Proven track record delivering technical training or workshops, preferably in software development topics
  • Hands on experience with Github Copilot
  • Comfortable working with both macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Strong familiarity with Visual Studio Code and its integrations
  • Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript
  • Experience creating training content
  • Ability to adapt training approach for different learning styles and technical levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Available to work within the 4am - 12pm US eastern timezone window, with flexibility to work outside that window occasionally if needed.

Nice to have:

  • Software Development Background: Understanding of modern development workflows, version control (Git/GitHub), and coding best practices
  • Experience with .NET, React.js, or TypeScript
  • Familiarity with other AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools
  • Experience with additional programming languages is a plus
