Our Lead Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for making sure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare food consistent with recipe cards
Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs
Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas
Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year's experience as a prep line/cook
Capable of thinking on their feet
Able to keep up in high-pressure situations
