Job Responsibility:
Preparing all food items to specifications
Cook orders and maintain kitchen area cleanliness standards
Follow all menu and recipe specifications
Direct food service staff in the chef’s absence
Plan and execute special menus and/or special events
Complete all daily production schedule tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Five years' kitchen related work experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Food Handling Certificate or ServSafe Certification
Nice to have:
Culinary Arts degree or vocational equivalent
