We’re looking for writers. The best in Australia. This is a role for a senior writer who wants to lead through craft, influence outcomes at scale, and leave a clear fingerprint on a brand with a mission to make healthcare accessible and human. You’ll join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia, responsible for Conversion, Retention, and Cross-sell. Your strategic leadership and writing will drive these metrics whilst building patient trust across every patient touchpoint: landing pages, purchase pages, emails, questionnaires, program pamphlets, in-app content, etc.
Job Responsibility:
Own conversion copy across key patient touchpoints from webpage to onboarding to long-term retention
Translate complex health topics into hyper-clear messaging that builds trust and drives action
Spot and fill gaps in persuasive arguments (identify where we need to source testimonials, statistics from new research, expert quotes, etc.)
Synthesise real patient insights (interviews, reviews, research) to shape persuasive, patient-first messaging
A/B test your work and optimise it using data and best-practice techniques
Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formats
Partner closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams, including stakeholders with backgrounds in growth marketing, CRO, or conversion strategy, where copy performance is a shared responsibility
Apply AI deliberately to increase efficiency and effectiveness, without compromising writing quality or compliance
Requirements:
Extensive experience writing conversion-focused copy for D2C brands
Experience writing across an entire customer journey
Specific experience with landing page optimisation, email marketing, and UX writing preferred
Experienced with AB testing and energised by data, feedback, and iteration
Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and belief in collaboration
Efficiency and ability to identify what matters most in ambiguous situations
Nice to have:
Experience mentoring junior writers and uplifting writing quality across a team
Knack for process improvement, using internal systems and AI writing tools to scale great copy efficiently
Experience in a regulated space (ideally health, but including fintech, insurance) and understand how to balance compliance with compelling messaging
