Job Description

We're partnering with a healthcare solutions provider to find a talented Lead Conversational Designer. This candidate needs to have Voice & Chat experience and ideally a B2C background. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to shape customer-focused chatbot and live chat experiences that simplify healthcare benefits navigation.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs through various research methods and feedback
  • Design engaging conversation flows and interaction models for digital support channels
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation solutions and enhance user experience
  • Write clear, empathetic, and effective conversational content for diverse digital users
  • Develop and uphold standards for voice, tone, and content frameworks to ensure consistency

Requirements

  • 3+ of experience designing conversational, voice, or chatbot interfaces
  • Portfolio demonstrating comprehensive conversational design projects, including measurable results
  • At least two years of experience creating customer-facing digital content or conversational copy
  • Familiarity with Agile development methods and accessibility standards like WCAG
  • Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar tools
