We're partnering with a healthcare solutions provider to find a talented Lead Conversational Designer. This candidate needs to have Voice & Chat experience and ideally a B2C background. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to shape customer-focused chatbot and live chat experiences that simplify healthcare benefits navigation.
Job Responsibility
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs through various research methods and feedback
Design engaging conversation flows and interaction models for digital support channels
Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation solutions and enhance user experience
Write clear, empathetic, and effective conversational content for diverse digital users
Develop and uphold standards for voice, tone, and content frameworks to ensure consistency
Requirements
3+ of experience designing conversational, voice, or chatbot interfaces
Portfolio demonstrating comprehensive conversational design projects, including measurable results
At least two years of experience creating customer-facing digital content or conversational copy
Familiarity with Agile development methods and accessibility standards like WCAG
Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar tools
