Job Description:

Lead control activities within the Global Payments & Liquidity line of business. Accountable for ensuring the business consistently implements front line risk and control programs, including issue management, risk and control self-assessments, regulatory and enterprise risk programs.

Job Responsibility:

Manage self-identified, audit, and regulatory issues from identification to closure
Drive iterative development of risk identification, assessment, and control documentation through RCSA program
Lead and influence partnerships with business process owners by consulting on process excellence
Engage in process identification and mapping, control identification and enhancements
Provide routine risk and control updates and coordinate with business partners
Monitor moderately complex business specific programs
Develop and implement risk monitoring and risk reporting processes and controls
Collaborate with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks
Lead Control Management project or virtual teams

Requirements:

5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience
Front-line experience identifying, documenting and implementing operational controls in a financial services setting
Direct experience performing risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) in a large financial services institution
Strong proficiency in financial services risk management programs and understanding of applicable regulations
Prior financial services audit and/or regulatory compliance experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to concisely summarize complex material for an executive audience
