Job Description:

Lead Control Management Officer for the COO Non-Operations Control Horizontal BCM team. This role will work with all COO Non-Ops LOB Control teams and businesses and is a dynamic role that will enable our partners to meet and exceed key risk program metrics.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with relevant business group to identify current and emerging risks
Provide guidance in developing and implementing risk-mitigating strategies
Communicate relevant information and outcomes to all levels of the organization
Lead support functions for complex and unique initiatives
Collaborate and consult with team leaders to implement large-scale, cross-organizational business solutions
Produce high-quality work with minimal oversight

Requirements:

5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience
Strong understanding of enterprise risk framework and methodologies
Experience in risk/control identification and assessment
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with control programs including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
Exposure to Generative AI tools
Exceptional analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
Skilled in developing executive-ready materials and PowerPoint presentations
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Demonstrated success partnering across diverse business units in a matrixed environment

Ability to translate metrics and reporting into compelling business narratives
