Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer within the Commercial Banking Control organization. This role is responsible for supporting the Product and Data Controls across the Commercial Banking domains. The Control team is responsible for partnering with their relevant business group to develop and maintain a strong control environment leading to the early identification and sustainable mitigation of operational risk.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Commercial Banking Data Domain team on issue identification
Drive issue and control solutions
Engage in development and implementation of new controls
Support Business with implementation of Control programs
Support strong risk management culture through implementation of key risk management programs

Requirements:

5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience
Experience working with data management, data governance, and technology teams
Strong knowledge and experience in risk and control identification methods
Deep technical understanding of technology and data management operations
Strong working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
Knowledge and understanding of Control Programs including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
Direct experience with Issue Management Life Cycle
Knowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) and Veritas
Ability to collaborate at all levels of organization
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
