Job Description:

Lead Control Management Officer role focused on BSA/AML Data Strategy & Operations at Wells Fargo, responsible for stakeholder engagement, data risk management, risk mitigation advisory, and strategic risk resolution.

Job Responsibility:

Stakeholder Engagement Across the Enterprise

Promote/design and enhance existing controls in partnership with business owners and process engineers

Requirements:

5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience
5+ years of Data Risk Management experience
Data Management Framework Expertise
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulatory Knowledge
Issue Management Lifecycle Proficiency
Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Experience
Cross-Risk Area Support Experience
Operations and Data Controls Expertise
Key Risk Indicators Development
Enterprise Risk Management Framework Understanding
Stakeholder Communication Skills
Leadership and Project Management Skills
Risk Framework and Policy Translation
Vision and Direction for Business Solutions
Enterprise Risk Advisory and Design
Front Line Risk Support
Control Design and Enhancement

Nice to have:

Experience in supporting one or more areas of risk including Operational Risk, Technology or Compliance roles
