Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a healthcare agency in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Lead Contracts Negotiator who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the creation, negotiation, and execution of healthcare-related contracts, including single-patient agreements
  • Ensure all contract data is accurately entered and maintained within organizational systems
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks within contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to support contract execution and client satisfaction
  • Leverage proficiency in spreadsheets and Excel for contract analysis and reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract negotiation within the healthcare sector
  • Proven expertise in handling single-patient agreements is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other spreadsheet tools for contract analysis
