Job Description:

We have partnered with a well-respected organization on their search for a Lead Consultant – People Analytics with the proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and drive workforce intelligence initiatives. This Lead Consultant – People Analytics will be responsible for designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that will provide key insights to departmental functions. Other responsibilities include: managing the development of performance reports, asset allocation, providing complex data analysis, integrating data, identifying data trends and patterns, and solving data discrepancies. The ideal Lead Consultant – People Analytics should have strong knowledge of human resource data analysis, proficiency utilizing data visualization tools, and strong communication/organizational skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and external systems
  • Analyze complex data sets that inform business decisions
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis
  • Develop insights into operational efficiencies
  • Generate ad hoc report requests
  • Create compelling data visualizations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations

Requirements:
