Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Senior Consultant with deep hands-on expertise across all OPM modules, with strong specialization in OPM Costing. The consultant will play a critical role in global rollouts, implementations, enhancements and support of Oracle E-Business Suite OPM environments, working closely with business stakeholders, finance teams and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant manufacturing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Process Manufacturing implementations and rollouts across multiple geographies and legal entities
  • Own functional design, configuration and deployment of all OPM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes
  • Act as a functional SME for OPM during blueprinting, CRP, UAT, go-live and post-go-live stabilization phases
  • Work closely with Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration (Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA), Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP) and coordinate with technical teams
  • Lead functional workshops and solution design discussions with business users
  • Prepare functional documentation on BRDs, FDDs, configuration documents and test scripts
  • Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
  • Actively lead projects and contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers
  • Comply with all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project
  • Lead the team in understanding 'AS-IS' situation and design and validate the 'To-Be' design
  • Follow all design work and integration testing protocols, change control procedures, uses standards, procedures, and practices in performing required work
  • Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality
  • Provide direct reports ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring
  • Responsible for reviewing the unit test plans and the quality assurance plans to ensure all requirements have been met
  • Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts as necessary to increase their understanding and utilization of the Oracle systems and applications

Requirements:

  • 10 - 13 Years of experience
  • 12+ years of Oracle Process Manufacturing experience
  • Specialized knowledge of customers' business domain and technology suite
  • In-depth understanding documentation involved in Project like BBP & Solution Design, FS etc.
  • Specialized knowledge of customers' business processes and relevant technology platform or product
  • Specialized knowledge of solution design, scope analysis, and building blocks for business cases
  • Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies
  • Able to create iteration, system integration test plan and develop integration test cases as required
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead complex workstreams
  • Willingness to travel for rollout and go-live support
